Mr. Hassan graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1999. Since then, he has been practicing the law profession for 18 years so far; seven (7) years of which in Egypt, where he had his own office. Currently, he is working as a legal consultant in UAE for eleven (11) years. As a result of this long career path and advancement, he has wide professional and practical experience. He prepares all kinds of case declarations, pleadings as well as drafting various types of executive declarations before all UAE courts with their different types and grades, including civil, commercial, penal, personal status, labor and real estate cases. Furthermore, he drafts declarations of cases of insurance, compensation and appointing receivers of liquidators. He further represents our clients before experts appointed by courts, and discussed with them to reach the best legal outcomes and results in favor of our clients. He also drafts all types of contracts and agreements as per the requirement of the client.
