Has enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala, India and has fifteen (15) years intense experience in India and UAE as a Corporate Lawyer with substantial court room experience and special aptitude for legal drafting, consulting, accounting cases, especially acquainted with UAE Labor laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents and government regulations.

Has over 29 years of experience in advising clients on banking and finance related matters in the United Arab Emirates. He also advises clients on capital market transactions in the United Arab Emirates including particular listings and/or offerings of different financial products on the Dubai Financial Market, Dubai International Financial Exchange and the Abu Dhabi Exchange, Mr. Mohamed has worked as a Director of Legal Affairs in UAE Federal Government.

Mr. Ahmed regularly advises private and public sector clients on a variety of issued and has assisted federal and local governments in drafting laws and regulations relating to a range of sectors, In addition, Mr. Ahmed has wide experience in all aspects of the law and specialized in all kinds of civil, criminal, sharia, real estate, banking and commercial company’s cases.

He handled all kinds of cases, including criminal, civil, real estate, sharia, commercial, labor and banking transactions. He is marked by his careful and thorough study and examination of cases. He did well and made a great success in all the penal and criminal cases he litigated. In addition, he has dealt with major insurance companies and banks in the UAE.

Mr. Hassan graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1999. Since then, he has been practicing the law profession for 18 years so far; seven (7) years of which in Egypt, where he had his own office.
